Updated August 26, 2018 12:55:24American Airlines is offering free domestic flights to travelers who want to book air tickets for the upcoming air show at Los Angeles International Airport.
The free flights will begin Sunday at 11 a.m.
PDT and end at midnight Sunday night, according to the airline’s website.
The airline’s travel advisory has a flight delay list and a list of other restrictions for flights that might be affected.
American is offering the flights for free to people with a valid ID and who do not need to pay a fare, according a tweet by the airline.
For those who want free flights, the airline recommends you use the app “Fly to LAX” to book.
This will allow you to book an aircraft directly with the airline for $100, according the airline advisory.
It is not clear how many people will be able to book the flights, but the airline said it will be announcing more information in the coming days.
The announcement comes as the LAX air show, which will feature the world’s biggest celebrity, hits the streets Saturday night.
It will include performances from artists including Drake, Lady Gaga, and Beyonce, along with performers from the National Football League and the Los Angeles Lakers.
A similar event will take place at Los Angelenos’ downtown hotel the Four Seasons, where celebrities and entertainment personalities will be entertained.
Tickets are $5, and are available for purchase at American’s website and on Ticketmaster.com.
